A video montage on the experiences of rural cancer patients and survivors in North Central Florida. Funded by C-Change and the Florida Department of Health. C-Change's vision is a future where cancer is prevented and detected early and cured, or is managed successfully as a chronic illness.
NCFCCC is one of Florida's five regional Cancer Control Collaboratives under the Department of Health's Florida Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. The program is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to support and coordinate comprehensive cancer control activities throughout the state.
